Im over here searching bc I busted moved into my new home and the neighbors dog runs up on us on our property and barks with its hair up and everything and it’s happened twice she don’t seem to care about it just calls the dog back the dog don’t even listen quickly.
We had a neighbour where the dog barked none stop. Then one afternoon we heard a man's voice shouting shut that f..... dog up. Not one squeak from the dog after that. Another neighbour told us he had just been released from prison for attacking someone with a baseball bat. Appears ex offenders really can do good for the community sometimes.
Mine works sporadically, never consistent. I think something may be wrong with the sensor 🤷🏽♀️. Super annoying/disappointing for a collar that cost me over $200. It also sometimes doesn’t wait the 5 seconds before issuing another correction. Level 3 burned actual holes in my dog’s neck and he’s a very big guy! I felt horrible.
I am using for my Maremma. Works well only until it’s on. As soon as switch off she starts barking. No idea what is the permanent solution to stop bark with no reason.
What do I do in a situation where I have a well trained Labrador with poor recall and I took it to a balanced trainer. In short in the first session he immediately put the collar on my dog and started to stimulate her. I don’t think my dog liked the experience. Is there a way that I can reintroduce her to the ecollar after going to a bad trainer (he pushed the continuous button and made command at the same time) or how do you recondition the dog after it’s went to a bad handler?
The trainer fucked up on the timing, you do the stim, than issue the command or give the command than give the stim Was it on at the lowest perceived level?
Talk to your neighbours?! These Council Rangers have the gall to suggest that. Council Rangers won't investigate a barking dog complaint, so don't even bother. So, before anyone goes down that path, I had a problem with my neighbours dog and I spoke to them. Shortly afterwards there was an act of reprisal against me. Now, I'll tell you something else. These anti barking devices don't always work. So before you go down that path, do some research and try and get some feedback. They won't work on every dog.
This bloke has no idea. Most people who own a dog that barks incessantly have no regard for anyone else. So, for anyone who owns a dog, and if your dog is barking uncontrollably and annoying your neighbour, use some common sense and put yourself in your neighbours position. If they owned a dog that was pissing you off you'd expect them to do something about it, so do the decent thing and have some consideration for others. Oh yes, and by the way, these barking deterrents don't always work. So before you buy this product, or any other device, do some research first.
Do the ultrasonic devices work through walls / floors? The neighbor that lives in the unit below me has a dog that barks and howls non-stop for hours a day.
Do the frequencies travel through walls? I have a barking dog in the apartment unit below me, so I would need to aim it at the floor. Also, do you have any devices that train people? I think the barking dog owner is also the one that has been smoking cigarettes inside and it is reeking up my apartment.
I don't know if you would see this or not some older video but how would you use this on a dog like a husky or a Chow Chow that has a lot of hair especially double-coated dogs
Actually. This is by far cheaper. And more effective. We have a lot of clients who spend money on a fence and still then need our kit. Best call us to chat.
Thanks my neighbors on one side that have Chihuahuas and a corgi that they leave out all day and they bark constantly from like 8am to 10pm and on the other side they have a great pyrenees puppy I get it’s a puppy but they let it out at like 7am in the morning until night time and this morning I woke up at 7am and it was so annoying I straight up yelled shut the f up you dam dog it is so annoying saying I’m in school and summer is the only time I actually get good sleep
My mum has the one with the can and its lasted over 6 months for her little dog. Still some in it. These cartridges last a week at most and I have 2 dogs. This is clearly a ploy to make more money by having to buy cartrudges. No 3 cartridges does not add up to a can. Thats an out and out lie
So if you would like to PERMANENTLY screw your dog up to the extent even the best professional trainers will decline training services, and then never being able to have your dog around children or other animals then go ahead and try using acute pain (shock)to train out aggression.. your problem is only going to become much more serious and you/trainers will completely lose the ability to read your dogs body language/gauge any social situation they are in. Please look more into this before relaying irresponsible and quite frankly dangerous information on to any uninformed dog owners!
Nieghbors dogs 5/6 all night long! From 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM, again they are let outside and they bark from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. I don't know how they can have any bark left! I do know that I am fed up! Sh*t about to get ugly!
That's because he made this 400 times as complicated and the video 10 times as long as necessary My 9-year-old niece could have done it in 2 minutes so that you actually understand it
The dial has 7 levels. When adding a second dog. The only change is you now have to change the mode if you want Vibration at level zero Or Tone at level zero. There isn’t 21 levels. On a single dog system Side button is Tone Top front button is Vibrate at level Zero AND 7 levels of Constant stim The bottom button on the front is ‘Snick’ one quick stim when push the button. And you select level 1-7.
@@TheDogLineAU That is interesting, my sport dog 825x doesn't have a dedicated vibrate/tone button. All 3 buttons are continuous stimulation, and the bottom is low, top is medium, and side is high. Vibrate/tone is selected by the dial along with 7 levels. It must be differences in model or year or something.
@@brandonandkeiafink204 I have a 425X (16669 transmitter and 16292 receiver), it has 21 levels just like you described. Out of the box all 3 buttons on the V/T setting give a tone, L1-7 with the low/medium/high for a total of 3x7=21 levels. I purchased mine early this year. It would have to lose the low/medium/high settings or the dog that has the side button is unlucky with the stimulation if you forget to adjust it.
I’ve got a lost remote to an 825 collar and trying to pair it w a 425 sd collar and remote. I was using a remote for both my dogs. Sport dog has a 1.25 minute video that shows how but says the remote needs to be on the 3 or 4 button configuration. I have lost my paperwork. Starting this video now any helpful comments I’m begging for from north florida South Georgia
Put the dial on 3. Turn the remote over and push the centre (hidden) button. Light will flash three times. Mode 3 is 2 dogs with beeper. Mode 4 is with vibration. Now. Turn on each receiver - one at a time. But… hold the on button down for 5 seconds. Release when light goes out. Now… Push any button on the remote to marry the receiver. Each button for seperate dogs. Colin Perth Western Australia
Hey Meg l from 11 days ago. I’m trying to add an 825 collar to a 425 collar/ remote. I need to know how to put remote in the #3 or 4 button configuration. Can you help me ??? Please
@@dickkent1189 I’m not at home right now Dick, but if o remember correctly you simply put 3 or 4 on the dial, and hit the mode button on the back. The really small one with a pen. I believe they have another video for that.
My new next door neighbours have a dog and I'm not sure what to do as it's barking every day now and it's getting to a point where I'm dreading being in my front room lol it was once a week then once every few days now its daily it's a jack russel so it's yappy my neighbours are old they never leave the house they haven't even noticed their van has a flat tyre lol so I think it's bored because it never goes out 🤷♀️ I'm renting with cats and koi carp in my garden so a part of me feels like I'd be hypocritical to grass them up to their estate agents as I got grassed up by an old neighbour for having cats years ago (he was an alcoholic and we had an ongoing dispute with him) but my pets don't make any noise ever lol I feel fucking cursed the previous neighbours slammed doors at 1AM and all random hours of the day they also left their front light on which lit up the entire street and went in my window now the new people have a dog I'm just worn out with it
