This video explains how to fit high level mirror mounted LED indicators to a motorbike.
I show you the complete process from start to finish and demo the lights working in both daylight and evening scenarios and show you the important safety benefit with fitting these lights.
I show you how I completed the wiring THE EASIEST WAY POSSIBLE which some auto electricians may disagree with but that works faultlessly.

I have an year ‘00, I just had all the fairings off to change the spark plugs, I wondered what the spare wiring was for, but why are two of them dedicated for speakers ? Not sure I’m a fan of the indicator beepers, but at least it won’t leave them on 😂 Good job on the LEDs though. Hopefully see you out and about or working on your new matching at some point.

The extra wiring is for speakers and heated grips officially (yes you could get a stereo for the deauville). Beepers are great for not forgetting but can be annoying sometimes lol Thanks for watching

Nice one, anything that makes you safe is a plus, for you and everyone else. You seem to like the colour orange, I was imagining the whole bike in metallic orange, Me and the wife are stripping her deauville to start restoration, it’s metallic gold, lovely looking machine, I like borrowing it now and then it’s so smooth to ride, but the wife wants a bit more power, so I hope when am finished It’s not lost it’s finesse, last year I did her Honda VTR 1000, and it made such a big difference and yet smoother to ride. And love thy neighbour, but if all fails do a Jason Stratton on em, and let the deauville Come out...

The new Indicators look the Business , i happened on your channel whilst looking at 600cc Bikes for when i get to buy my bike after xmas . Now i definetly need to look into a Deauville .... is it possible to fit the same indicators to the rear of the Panniers , As some Drivers seem to be myopic so extra means they cant say , Sorry i didnt see you ;) Loving the Videos keep them coming very informative

Thanks for commenting mate. You could fit the led indicators where ever you like mate and you can get them as red for the rear too. Can't recommend a deauville highly enough mate so please do check some out

@@biker1k im now looking at an 04 reg Deauville done an insurance quote and am overly impressed at the quotes back so once xmas is over i shall be another number to the Deauville Squad , so i shall be doing the same as your Bike indicators to the front mirrors and panniers , also a cd player & speakers as i plan some long distance touring too , the bike seems ideal for all the things i have planned , Thanks for replying and the videos are a major help < Big Thumbs up >
