Hello, I'm from Brazil and I have a problem with my Seagate 2t external hard drive. It disconnected itself from my MacBook's USB port and since then the computer is no longer recognizing it. Additionally, the blue light no longer lights up when connected to the HD. I did a test and removed the part where the light is and connected it to another HD, and on this other HD the light blinks. When I enter the disk utility, the HD appears there with its 2t, but it does not appear in the folders on my computer. I have already used 3 different data recovery programs, however they freeze at a certain point without finding any files and it keeps saying that there are more than 100 hours left to complete the process.
