I have a non-functioning doorbell, and two chimes inside the house, one upstairs one downstairs. The chime upstairs is hot, every wire is on. Chime downstairs is cold though, no current. Could that be the culprit? Fixing that chime could perhaps fix the entire system? That's my hunch
