How to fix a Eufy Baby Monitor with a detached screen

A quick demonstration to show how to reattach a Eufy Baby Monitor if the screen ever comes off. In our case it was accidentally dropped. The monitor front piece popped off and its cable disconnected from the base. This shows how to reattach it.
Please note: this is just what we did. We do not work for Eufy or have any relation to them. We just are consumers that have their baby monitor and this is how we fixed it. Please contact their support for official help with any of their products.

This helped a ton, but my issue seems to be the connection to the actual screen. I can get the image to work for a bit but it seems like i need to out the right amount of pressure on the other side to steady it. After that, I try to click the faceplate back on and it goes black again. Power and sound works fine. Any advice?

Im sorry to hear youre still having issues. So the image works until you click it back on? Did you try calling their support? I didn't since it was such an easy fix but maybe they can just ship you a new unit.

@@digitaldilettante6565 I actually fixed my issue by taking a working screen from a prior monitor I broke the antenna on and that wouldn’t charge, to the body of a newer monitor of the same model! Thank you so much for sharing your video.

For mine it looks like a milimeter of the ribbon is cut/torn at the connection where it connects to the board… my son decided to yeet the monitor down the stairs this evening. Screen is toast
