@@HomeRapidRepair We produce the glass in 1-2 days. However, shipping time is 4-7 days (For retail customers). If this is a local supplier, it's not the best turnaround. If they ship from the different states, it's a different story.

What is the best way to measure for the new IGU without taking the window apart? Or does it have to be that exacting?

I have a half circle top window that is fogged and i just want to clean the inside of the pane by drilling preferably in the black rubber joint between the glass and use cleaning white vinegar. But i cannot remove the beads. The circular half circle bead comes all the way down and it is blocked by the horizontal bead from coming out partially. The effing builder must have jammed it by force. i hate builders, rarely is anything done well. There is also a horizontal vinyl beam at the base of the half circular window with 4 screws i am not sure it that can help me in removing the beads or if its something your unscrew after.

I hear you. However thermal pane windows are not designed to be serviceable at all. The factory sealed argon gas panes allow them to be energy efficient. With your failed seal the glass will not insulate as good as they were designed to.

@@HomeRapidRepair I'm way past that info, you can watch videos on that. The inert argon gas only makes a 20% improvement over sealed dry air which already gives a 400% improvement over one pane window. Plus after 5 years you can be certain your argon gas has found ways to escape and what you have in yours is just air anyway. It seems you have not done the homework about insulation merit on this. Anyway, i'm looking to drill two holes and run cleaning liquid. I knew the dual panes are not build to be serviceable, that does not mean they cannot be fixed to avoid paying $$$$ for a new custom half circular IGU.
