Please use gloves to protect your hand from electric shock! I noticed in the comments there are some low quality machines in the market that have open circuits. Moser original machines are well isolated. Otherwise, please adjust the screw while electric current is off, then turn on the machine to test the sound only. Safety first 🥇:)
dude you dont need to do all this there is an adjusting screw on the machine which is made for this adjustment (the black screw on the top right side of the machine ) you can easely screw it clock or counterclockwise to stop the sound
S.A brother... You helped me a lot. I bought a Moser 1400 in 2001. I was using it without any problem until last year. That loud noise started suddenly . Thank you very much for this guide. All that noise gone. Now it's like new. 👍
hi i have the same trimmer and it’s lever literally never stays at where i put it once the machine starts. it wasn’t like this 2 months ago when i bought it. what can i do to fix this? it just goes back. it does stay for like 5 seconds but suddenly goes flying once it touches anywhere
Well explained, i have moser 1400 Pro, and poweron noise is werry loud. Only when powers on,a loud CLICK can be heard . Can something be done to fix it?
Ya moalem shokran , I have the same moser 1400 sometimes not shaving , I adjust the black screw at the top right side ,a little bit left or right once the sound becomes less it will cut again.
Thank you Sir, it worked for me. I am having the same design hair clipper and it was making too loud noise of metals colliding each other. And now it is running smoothly with zero noise. Thanks again.
ADJUSTING SCREW Blade amplitude can change as a result of voltage fluctuations. For lower voltage the blade amplitude can be smaller and for higher voltage bigger. If necessary, by changing the setting of the adjusting screw, you can adjust the blade amplitude yourself. ·· Using the on/off switch, switch on the appliance ·· Turn the adjusting screw in a clockwise direction until you hear a loud noise ·· Then turn the adjusting screw anti-clockwise until the loud noise stops
Those Mosers in general vibrate a lot? I had few machines during my life, bought this and it vibrates like crazy if compared to the other toys where you don't almost feel if it's on or not. I would go crazy if I should use this lot vibrating device for work during all day.
Sorry to hear that, Use isolation gloves. In fact an open circuit is a sign of a low quality connections. It should be completely isolated. Use gloves or buy a new machine.
Yes you can. On the back of the machine near the red spot there are two screws. Release them, then adjust the blade cover as you like. This way you can zero gap the machine.
Check the joint between the blade and the engine. It may have low noise because the engine is not pushing the blades correctly. So what you need to do in this case is to fit the blade joint correctly into the engine bar.
