Thank you for this video, Will. I am going to practice these exercises. I am 79 and hopefully it’s not too late to see good results, but I’ll give them a go.

Will start today! Good luck to me! I have had always a very good posture, but about a year ago, my neck started hurting and have noticed my posture is not as good as it used to.

He has new video on neck humps. Also try searching YT and google for dowagers hump. I’ve seen amazing transformation with yoga but see what feels best and right for you.
