How to fix a noisy fan / repair for many types of laptop with fan like the one in the video

Unfortunately, most New laptop are just worn plastic part since it is brushless and bearingless. The fan actually floating, not grinding anywhere, there is no need for grease or lubricant.

Anyone have any NEW ideals? I replace my laptop fan&Heatsink,And soon as I started the laptop up the fan is wide open,And put the old fan back in,And now it is running wide open also...I've tried ALL THE old ideals to fix...Did I damage the motherboard? YES bios is up to date YES everything is clean..YES the fan is plugged in...Yes I re-installed windows 10& did a Factory reset...Took the battery out...Took the little 2032 battery out also to reset the bios.. I've google about everything with no luck....THANKS The fan rpm's aren't showing up in bios likes its not detected the fan's...also tried every setting in the power options

What a crock of shit.. you won't lose your Windows licence if you repair or replace a fan. Or even a hard drive. The days of Micro$oft being stupid about stuff like that are long gone.
