I don't have a business account and have never advertised a business on facebook. There is no options available that you described on your tutorial for me on my page. But yet it is showing a restriction on my account since May 2022. I don't know if my account was hacked the reason I'm getting this restriction but it is odd. My name is generic and the other information aligns to me, so I do not know. I have not accepted any friends or posted anything offenses to my page...so I can't understand what they mean about an advertisement restriction.

Also I have this: Advertising access permanently restricted After a requested review of your Facebook account, we confirmed it didn't comply with our Advertising Policies or other standards. The fact that 77k people watched this tells you that we’re dealing with a common facebook issue. It’s an almost half a trillion dollar company. You’d expect them to be punctual with their reviews and/or give you an accurate reasoning to the restriction. There isn’t even a person you can speak to over the phone to get mere information. Corrupt and unethical for small business owners who are either looking to make a name for their brand or even just a living.

What do you do when your account has been accessed by someone else - in my case - [probably] Russian hackers; they have made an ad, which has been approved, used someone else's credit card number - FB has approved this - then when the number did not run, FB decides to block your account. I have written 25 emails to try and resolve this, have gone through so many different channels ... and each time ... they admit there is a mistake, and then "correct" it ... but ultimately ... you're still blocked. What then?

my ad account was permanently restricted. Just got off the call with a facebook representative. She refused to tell me the reason behind the restriction. She just told me that my account was permanently restricted and she said that as per facebook policy, she is not allowed to tell me what exactly did I do wrong. I know what happened. I posted too much information about Covid they deem as fake news. After several attempts i was able to submit the selfie video verification but never succeeded getting beyond that bc it says they couldn't confirm my identity,I had no choice than to reach out to NCK MYTHSS1,he was able to kick the hackers out and get me back into my account

Amazing job! Dale Valskov I wasn’t able to see my account name at first because the name was changed. Also I really valued this information but thanks Jon even tho it showed a lots of error at my ends you still tried in helping fixing it. Happy I got it back y’all.
