@@mlfgcthe towel didn’t make a difference for mine, but when I put a piece of plywood about 2’x2’ under it, that did it 👍🏻. You probably don’t need a thick piece either.

I was hoping someone may have thought about making little round thin pillows to fill in the mattress dip... so surprised it hasn't been thought of... my last resort was trying towels/sheets, but I may have to give it a try... or maybe buy some thin foam and place it on the mattress dip? Thanks for the video 🙂

my old bed was 15 years old it saged over night I packed it with 10 towels it was like new. Then i got a new mattress about 3 mouths ago and it is sagging so this may help i hope

Just bought a 2’ by 4’ by 3/8” thick board at Home Depot and inserted under my sagging mattress, and waking up with no more back pain.

And if a board under mattress isn’t enough, try pool noodles. Cut them as you need for adapt width and you can cut them in their length if they’re to thick. Pool noodle stay strong more than pillow. I tried and it works ! 🤗

I just said let me try with my real thick towel folded in half and it actually did help quite a bit.

How? It's a thin piece of fabric. I'm confused as to how this will fix a sag.

@@MsBermudababy It may depend how deep your dip is, if its only a slight dip, some sheets will help at the beginning, but if the dip is deeper, like mine is, mine is about an inch in depth, then you may need something thicker like folded towels... I think I may have to buy some foam and cut it to size and fit it in the dip, mine is too deep :(
