How to Fix a swivel chair. Repair a loose turntable and tighten a wobbly base

Great thank you also showed which swivel side flat top should face upwards towards seat, whereas the star cog should be facing downwards towards the legs of the stool. Other instruction videos are not very specific like the paper diagrams supplied. Cheers thankyou regards Bronwyne

Thanks for posting this video, it was very helpful when I encountered a similar problem. Found the the replacement swivel on Amazon, almost-exact physical match and definitely an exact functional match. Truthfully, the replacement from Amazon was MUCH higher quality than the original. For example, my original swivel apparatus had only 14 ball bearings, while the replacement had something like 30+, I admit I didn't count them all, but it is MUCH smoother than the original. For less than $15 delivered, my stools is better than new!! Again, thank you.
