My threader comes down, but it doesn't hit the needle in the right place. I use my needle-up button to raise it. I can sometimes get it to thread if I turn the handwheel slightly but that doesn't usually work. Do you have any idea how to fix this?
Hello and thank you for this video. However, my problem is not that it doesn't go down my problem is it won't actually thread the needle. My sister seems to think the little wire that catches the thread somehow got out of the proper alignment. How would I know and how would I fix it? I live 2 hrs away from my dealer and I really don't want to take that trip if I can repair it myself. Thank you for any help you can provide! 🙂
