It does not work a waste of money to buy this device. Everything used to work. Now ? I have an error about some old version , which I can not download and why ? Because it does not exist. Too many stupid instructions on the site that are not clean and do not help. Just give two programs like Zen Studio and a program to update the device. The new version except for this beta is not there for a month , the bug is not fixed, uploaded scripts do not work slots are empty. I do not give a recommendation.
Im using zen studio through remote play. It works fine but during the game i got this error e3002 then my controller stopped working.. i will have to unplug it from the zen studio and plug again to work again. And the issue keeps repeating plz plz help me with that. I can only play for 2-3 minutes then the error pops up again.
when in zen studio. every connects fine until i go to click on programmer or mnk settings. it keeps saying its connected but not responding. im not sure what to do
My cronus zen keeps going sleep mode whenever I stop moving for a couple sec and would only reactivate if I press one of the 4 buttons to wake it back up again. Any help?
I did every step my cronus is working i can put scripts but no one of basic scripts works i tried everything and still scripts doesn't work why there is no explication video for this By the way i'm on ps5 lastest version cronus latest zen studio and still dont understand why scripts does't work and don't say me to put setings everything is 100 ok with settings as askred in scripts so i do not understand.
Hello, I am very frustrated because I cannot fix ERROR3002 on my cronus zen. Before, it was very easy with the previous version, but with firmware 2.2.2 it can no longer be fixed, please do something. thank you
I’m having the same issue. It just flashed red and say Zen Bootloader E3002 and I cannot fix it at all. I’ve tried everything. Updating it to old version and new versions several times and I’ve tried resetting it and nothing works. Any ideas because I’m close to sending this back

There's no gamepacks for the game WARFACE CLUTCH in the programmer section of zen studios... Does anyone know how i can set up zen for a game that is not showing in the list of gamepacks in the programmer section of zen studios or strike pack
I updated my firmware in January 2024 for the new ps5 update and since then the zens been full of issues. Usually use it in my pc but now if I get it to work on pc it disconnects and I can not get it to connect again. Also after a hard reset I can not update my firmware anymore. Zen studios can’t fine my device. Usless now

Not even able to open zen studio. continue getting error that says "could not retrieve video links". Ive tried on a VPN. And it's ridiculous I can't join the discord without first accessing zen studio. I have nowhere to get support because of this.
I just purchased this zen and have no prior versions downloaded for zen studio. I can update the firmware with no issues. But zen studio refuses to open after download. I either get the 'could not retrieve video links' error or I get one that says the version is more than a month old. Not sure how it could be if it's the only version I'm able to download off the docs. The support is getting ridiculous. Might as well just send this thing back. Please respond ASAP
So we took hours back because my son hated it. He actually plays better with it. But now his controller says it's still attached and only plays with the cord.Anybody know what to do
When I access any game on my Ps4, it seems like the controller is not connected to it. And you changed the position of the wheel. It returns as it was with any operation to save any text or change the way it communicates with the console. He also returns and puts the wheel. Is this a ban or what? I want clarification and a quick solution. Thank you and I appreciate your effort.

@@Reodor2k Yes, I found the solution. This is a bug in Chronos. You must perform a factory reset. When you turn on Cronus for the first time, press both buttons together. It will be off for 2 seconds, then it will work for you. Thus, you have performed a factory reset, and then you can cancel the wheel mode from the PC. Greetings to you
I have error code 3002 and now I have unexpected error and it will not update it refuses to update I've tried every single thing there is that is suggested and nothing works no matter how many times I hard reset use different cables and plug in a different USB ports iHeart reset multiple times and update multiple times and I still get unexpected error and it will not update or work or be recognized

After the software update and firmware update my zen is bricked! Red bootloader error, even after downgrading to the only 2 other firmwares available after the software update. Yall have dropped the ball on this one, it's useless.

Bro this worked for me hold bothe right and left buttons the Bluetooth and the script button together while you plug in the cable do not let Go until you have downgraded software don’t let go until it finished this worked for me should work
I only have one issue with the Zen, and it's that when I connect the micro USB Cable on the Zen to the console it won't detect the device. The Zen turns on BUT it won't do anything. What should I do?
