Thank you so much, I couldn't find a solution to this problem for a very long time, and only your video helped me. I did almost the same actions through the registry editor, but I did not think that everything would be so simple, deleting the CN folder solved the problem. Thanks again very much! (I'm writing this through a translator, so don't be surprised at the writing of the text)

look I tried what you said but it didn`t work I`m using Radeon HD 7500m/7600m on my laptop but after making the update it doesn`t open again and if I close it from task manager or restart the laptop it tells me to make the update again so please find any solutions for me

I recently gave my laptop for an os issue, now i have amd radeon software, when i open on hardware it's showing amd radeon r9 m375 disabled, I'm not sure if they have wrongly set up the connections in laptop or if they've stolen my graphics card and given back, is there anyway to check in bios or system settings of my graphics card is physically there in my laptop?

DISABLING IGPU worked for me but also i think windows intall automatically drivers and that breaks amd drivers...my amd adrenaline dont show upp features, i am missing audio/video and others... please help

I download the AMD Adrenalin software edition it shows up in my overflow tool bar but doesn't show at all in my program files.

Hello can you tell me why I have 2 exe files for the same game one is called shining resonance refrain does not have a link. and the other one is in China or Japan text it is using the correct path that steam uses for games. I am using steam to play the games if that make any difference. Most of my other games also have 2 exe for each game but the text is in English and is just a shorter revision of the name of the game. Is it a virus or bug?

Thanks! Deleting the CN folder solved my problem, I was worried at first since the blurry bar didn't come up but this video managed to solve my issue.

It worked... but as soon as you reboot the laptop you lose it again. Any idea? One thing I noticed, just ending the process tree does the job here but again only temporarely. Hope it helps.

Some time ago I experienced something that might be similar, I have 2 graphic cards Amd r7 350 low profile and rx 570 I installed the driver for the rx 570 the first one worked a few days later when I was playing a game it had a drop in fps and finally I couldn't click on the folder. and I replaced it with a new r7350 graphics card, installed the driver and it was normal, because I still wanted to use the VGA rx570, I uninstalled the previous driver and installed the rx570 driver again, But a strange thing happened again, I can't press the apps folder on the taskbar, I can click AMD software and Meta Trader 4, only that can operate and it feels like it's stuck, I've tried all the rx 570 drivers but the same thing happens.

I followed your steps and it only worked after the final step deactivating it. When i reactivated it worked but now all my other stuff wont show up. If i hover of google chrome for example a pop up window showing chrome is there but my screen is still an empty desktop

it ACTUALLY WORKED. And in a much faster, smarter way than the standard tutorial, which involves uninstalling every trace of drivers and reinstalling it all again. thx!

hi great video many thanks I have recently purchased a Asus g14 laptop I install every driver and i get them from the rog website i even update them using driver easy but for some unknown reason the app wont open and after a while the laptop gives a black screen and all of a sudden both of the gpus on the laptop are disabled(the integrated amd gpu and the Nvidia one ) and the laptop wont open any videos and i mean any video not even the ones on the RU-vid and I have to reinstall the windows from scratch since just removing or reinstalling the drivers is not the answer what should I do?

@@captainstv4029 I enabled gpu scaling and downloaded the driver from the Microsoft update center and the amd app from the store it has been working so far but sometimes I steel get the black screen yet it doesn't really screw everything up, just comes and goes

Tried all the above and still doesn't open. Uninstalled with DDU redownloaded from AMD website. Nothing but trouble this software. Imagine paying all that money for an XTX to literally not being able to play games properly due to software. Any additional help would be much appreciated

I completely deleted it from my system thinking I could reinstall and it would open but when I try and reinstall it back it says "This Installer is intended to be deployed only on an AMD system".
