Can’t get it to work for the Eau Thermale Avene. Has 2 holes at the bottom, but nothing happens when I press it with a paper clip. Impossible to remove the top. Oh well.

tip from someone who just lost a whole lot of product: dont press on it too hard or too much, my product came shooting out of the pump end, thankfully into the lid so I can save some of it Haha
