Im using A31 doesnt switch on but when i connect the charger it shows its charging and gets stuck on the samsung logo,when i remove the charger it swutches off

Sir I have a problem, after charging my Samsung A54 phone it overheats and I tried cooling it off, I tried to charge it. but it goes on a loop from charging state to Samsung logo repeatedly. What do you think is wrong? Thank you.

hey mate brand new phone. never used samsung A32 4g (A325F/DS) stuck in a bootloop only lasts 10s . doesn't display my device in the powershell , i cant find the TWRP for the model it is not available. i did the cache wipe and factory data reset. the touch stopped working too.

OMG THIS FIXED MY PHONE THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! It was the stupid phone case that was pressing down on the power button. I was panicking thinking it was broken but it wasn't. It was just the phone case. You are a genius! Now I am gonna back up my data asap.

I have not exactly understand the step 7. It said, the unlocking device will delete user data, but then are the steps after unlocking to backup user data with TWRP. So, if I unlock ad loose my user data, how can I backup them than?

Dear Friend - If bootloader is not unlocked previously and you also don't have a custom ram then its very difficult. try other options.

Hi sir. Been experiencing the same issue on my phone. It suddenly froze when Im browsing then shuts down afterwards. Tried different methods like button combinations of power and volume (up/down), but it only vibrates. Changed lcd last month (also checked recently if it has any flex damage but none so far) so I think thats not the problem. What fix method can you suggest sir? Cant access any alternative software troubleshooting (recovery/fastboot/and other modes) as it only vibrates when Im trying to open it.

1. if you have ever connected this phone to any pc before, pls try to connect to same PC and see if the PC is deducting your phone. 2. if you have replaced the screen the service guy might have told you why it is not working right? 3. Any water damage? physical damage?

Dude - in some devices especially Samsung fastboot may not be available pls look for equivalent ODIN mode commands.

there must be some Lite version of Factory reset but with this fact that Device will only active as new one *but* the data is keeper (Just u need to customise everything again) but keeping fact The storage isn’t erased

can fastboot be used for to check if phone can get into recovery or not? I have a Chinese android phone and it is not going to recovery by any combination of keys. Maybe eMMC is corrupt so can fastboot diagnose it?

Brother - sometimes recovery partition is corrupt. Not a big deal, as long as you are fastboot boatloader unlocked mode, you can basically fastboot boot anyrecovery.img compatible to your device model. Pls refer the video.

There is some timing key press sequence, it is sometimes difficult to get it. Pls keep trying you will get it. OR from recovery try other methods.

Brother - You have get into bootloader (press the relevant keys before or exactly at the time) before the phone auto loads main Android or recovery.

Bro - I hope the power key is on the right side. Please press it for few seconds and release once you see the screen/logo. Ensure it is charged, sometimes it is not having battery power so it is not turning on, try different cable different wall socket and charge it first. Dude To get the active booted slot with bootctl use bootctl get-current-slot To change the active slot with bootctl use bootctl set-active-boot-slot SLOT To get the active booted slot with bootctl use bootctl get-current-slot You can fix software issues using fastboot/adb, only thing is you need right ROM/images

Dude - How did you factory data reset? from with in phone settings? or using some adb commands? Other options that you can try apart from the video. 1. factory data reset and then try to clear cache memory. 2. clear all data and apps while you do factory data reset. Plus pls check if any of the buttons are struck in pressed position.

Dude - 90% of the case boot looping happens if the user has flashed his os partitions, if he has flashed it is obvious that he has unlocked the boot loader. Yes there are exceptions...

Dude - pls find some clues: 1. double check that Allow OEM Unlock in dev options is actually on 2. remove or delete your phone's SCREEN LOCKS like your fingerprint, face-unlock, pattern or password etc... And keep on NONE option in lock screen. Are you using Motorola the oem unlock steps are different, you may need to get a code from Motorola website, pls check. Dude - Dead and no sign of powering up or being deducted by PC. Sorry it is not possible to recover without part replacement at service centre. Again if the part that damaged is internal memory, then data recovery is impossible.

Bro - If it is soft dead (Software issue), replacing right software files as told in the video should fix it.
