Mike I had to record my ex last year because I was told to because of his lying and trying to get me in trouble with the law..so I dont remember the date but I at that time had my iPhone 8 and I did record his phone call to me and listened to it after words and he found out I did this and a mth later I couldn’t find it?his new girlfriend told me good luck trying. To find it because I wouldn’t?they have no idea or info on my phone how can this happen?I put it in my notes and there is a lot in my notes but when I push on any of them they don’tt load but the show up with his name I put on them watch is Steve but no sound on any of them???

Have to say i only clean watch charger every other week at best but i clean my watch daily to remove any moisture / dust so sensor works properly. Maybe over zealous but opposite to wife's which she never cleans lol 2bf with laminate floors its amazing how much dust gets onto charger! We use samsung watches so share same charger and brand new one still in box! Thanks for sharing Mike and Kath, enjoy your weekend👍

Had mine hooked up to a 100w charger. Wouldn’t come on. Put it on a regular charger, worked with no problem. I Guess 100 watts is overkill😂😂

Thanks. I'm on my second watch with this problem. I have literally repeatedly placed my watch on the charger hundreds (I counted) of times with no results. I clean, I have the cord that came with the watch, I tried different plug-in boxes, different outlets and quite honestly I'm on a second watch because I got so frustrated I smashed the first one.

My lightning bolt on my watch is turning green, but it doesn’t turn on anymore. It just stays green until I take it off the charger and then its read again, but it won’t turn on and I can’t reset it

how many amps it the USB outlet you are plugging into? ideally we need at least 2 amps on the charger or higher

Mine gen9 had the red lightning bolt and wasn’t charging with either my old original charger from my old gen5 watch or the charging station. Changed to the charger that came with the box and restarted it and now it works. Not sure exactly what helped, but I’ll try to use the other chargers again because it has been working fine, don’t know what happened. Thanks for the video!

they do seem to be really sensitive to some chargers and voltage / amps. using the factory cables usually helps

It seems to be that if iWatch is almost fully discharged, it won't reset or full reset or whatever !!! Or my watch is hw damaged.. it is series 4... Have no another mag cable... I will get one and I will feedback... Bye!

I’ve just fixed this problem on my Apple Watch Series 8. My screen looked different - I saw a black screen, one icon and the time only (classic style, not my talkative Mickey Mouse 🙂) and nothing else. My screen showed the time and GREEN lightning bolt but there was no active progress bar or anything like that to understand when the watch is going to show a percentage or whatever it should show to be charged. I could not charge my watch by connecting it to my laptop that is connected to the outlet on my wall through a surge protector. Then I set the time for 1 hour (using my timer at home, not the watch) to wait and charge my Apple Watch without looking at it all the time, and to charge the watch, I’ve used a power adapter which I inserted right into the outlet on my wall. Nothing has changed but after 7-10 minutes(!!!) I saw that the screen on my Apple Watch has changed and everything is working now 🙂 I am not an expert to understand why I’ve fixed this issue like that but I hope that what I did will help other people to save time and not to cry so much as I did before making the Apple Watch work again 🙂

Bullshit, bought SE for my kid and it wont charge. So why would a brand new from the factory refuse to charge. Clean, still wont charge, returning it to Costco. Shouldnt have to super clean it. My Samsung charge right off my sweaty wrist, no cleaning and it's charging. Apple products not good anymore.

try cleaning all the contact areas between the watch and the charger, and make sure the USB end is not damaged and receiving power. isopropol alcohol is good for removing grease and cleaning the surfaces
