How To Fix Audio/Sound Problem in Windows 10/11 

Steps on How to Fix the Audio
-Check the External Audio such as speakers or Headset if it is plugin correctly and if it is detected by your computer
-Run Troubleshooter (Right Click on Sound Icon in System Tray and Run Troubleshooter or you click on start then Type Troubleshoot - Click on Troubleshoot Settings - Other Troubleshooter - Then Select Audio and Click on Run
- Run Device manager
Right Click on Start then Select Run - Type Devmgmt.msc - Enable, Update and Reinstall the Sound Driver
Update the Driver
-Right Click on Start - Settings - Windows Update and Click on Install Updates
Download Drivers in OEM
Click on start - Type Dxdiag and look for the Model of the computer
Download the sound driver base on the computer OEM / Model
