For anybody still trying to fix this, I recommend just getting fresh Windows install USB and hit repair. Do keep in mind I followed his steps up to chk dsk and then i used a usb stick. The repair still said it failed but when I checked the log file there was nothing there. I restarted the computer and it went back to normal. try everything BUT DONT RESET IF POSSIBLE! therse always a fix. dont lose hope, Good luck!!!❤
