Ok now THIS is a real tutorial. While I was doing this, I was feeling like we both were in a call solving the same problem. What a fantastic experience. Huge thanks!
not only a good tutorial but a very charming one, i love your voice and vibe, you made my anxiety from these errors drop to 0 with how calm and chill this video was
Appreciate the video, annoying issue only with my virtual cable after a reinstall of windows. Thanks for the time and effort it took for you to help others!
This is awesome - glad someone actually knows how to fix this rather than telling me to download a 3rd party uninstaller etc to fully remove VM from my computer and reinstall
I had a 3.5mm connection but started using usb c converter, turns out my 4 errors were just from needing to re-enable the 3.5mm input/output in the playback and recording tab. Thanks for the video, no more annoying windows error.
A went around trying to find the pin_in and pin_out icons but couldn't see them anywhere but the downloads folder. So I uninstalled everything again but made sure to reinstall the VB Audio CABLE first. For some reason this worked. Maybe it was just a fluke but everything has the right icons now. I use Banana and am very new to the program. Error messages almost made me give up on the software but glad I gave it another go!
THANKYOU! Legend! I've had this error for WAY too long and decided I'd look into it and this is the first video I find and it works! All my virtual cables had different names and icons lol
Hmm. I get the error, but for me, it's listed under Virtual Audio Cable and it has four entries where it says "ERROR MME Recording Device not listed", along with entries for the MME Playback device and WDM Recording and Playback devices. Should I just reinstall Virtual Cable?
When i saw the message i thought: "not again!! it took a lot of work to have all the software, dacs and everything working fine" but it looked just like the message. WHen i run the "check driver installation" and at the "CONCLUSION: OK (nothing bad detected)" 🤔 input devices: 15 ; output devices: 29 Maybe a little too many😆
I have a problem, please help! Voicemeeter throws an *ERROR WDM Input - Bad Pin Icon: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\vbaudio_vmauxvaio64_win10.sys,1 I think this is exactly interferes to see my EQ APO output to my Voicemeeter input, can it be a truth? How can I solve it? On the Video, it resolved itself, I don’t understand what I need to do to solve it ... Also, in "Sounds" i just have everything. but not that device i need to fix an icon..
Hi could you help me. I ran through this videos but all names and icons seemed to be right. All I did was uninstall and restart. I’m still getting bad audio driver mainly for discord cable but I’m not really worried about that. The problem I’m having which I thought would be related to this videos is I play music from my internet browser to the game using aux input/output. Some days it will work and then sometimes it just completed stops working. To mention The only cable I have installed is the vb virtual cable for discord.
the problem im having is that when i try to install the vbcable it says "LOADDRV: access denied to register" and it tells me to run in administrator mode which i have no clue how to do.
yooo how do i fix *ERROR MME Recording Device not listed. *ERROR WDM Recording Device not listed. those are the only two error i have and i still aint getting this
Just means you have a voicemeeter device disabled. Maybe the virtual cable. This won’t happen on the new Voicemeter version. (Will still happen with cables)
if anyone's mic was working and just got this error, all I had to do was unplug and plug it back in. I thought a restart would have been enough, but I guess it wasn't.
@@matheusbs4321 then you are looking at the wrong device😅 I will have no way of knowing without seeing a screenshot. Feel free to join the discord discord.com/invite/vb-audio-755690270795890739

hello, do you know anything bout this error? CHECKING VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO (version 02010502) *ERROR KS Input - Bad Driver Name: VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO *ERROR KS Output - Bad Driver Name: VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO *ERROR TOTAL FOUND: 2 CHECKING VB-Audio VoiceMeeter AUX VAIO (version 02010502) *ERROR KS Input - Bad Driver Name: VB-Audio VoiceMeeter AUX VAIO *ERROR KS Output - Bad Driver Name: VB-Audio VoiceMeeter AUX VAIO *ERROR TOTAL FOUND: 2 been having this for months and its annoying the heck outta me
this error does not fix itself after restart, it was the only one i had after first time installing voicemeeter: CHECKING VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO (version 02010502) *ERROR MME Input - Bad Pin Icon: C:\Windows\system32\Drivers\vbaudio_vmvaio64_win10.sys,1 *ERROR WDM Input - Bad Pin Icon: C:\Windows\system32\Drivers\vbaudio_vmvaio64_win10.sys,1
Tbh, not really anything. But it keeps the names and icons of the drivers in check, because a lot of times people can’t find the name because windows decided to reset the names of the drivers to “speakers” or something.
@@superiorwestutorials7033 I’ll check again, and restart pc and update u, i changed it too Voicemeeter Input, and then changed the other to Voicemeeter Output
