I just got a Masters of the Universe Origins Hordak figure that was crammed into my mailbox so the card is crumbled and wrinkled. Your video hit the spot! I just need an iron now! I suppose i could heat up a pan, but that's harder to control temperature (and might get soot from the flame onto the card.)
@@fajarf1395 does this technique only work for hot wheels card board or can it but done with other forms of cards? also how long did it take to really get the crease out?
The before and after is quite stunning, and the technique is very helpful to know. However it's unfortunate you can see what i believe to be 'Iron V-Shaped' press marks arrayed across the front when viewing the afterwards footage. Perhaps there's more technique in not pressing as hard, or to perhaps use a layer in between the iron as well so as to not mar or 'press into' the card stock. Other then that, outstanding restoration work. Just please be mindful cause the effects of the iron are quite prevalent in appearance to the eye.
2. Di pinggiran Card nya jadi kerut gitu. Padahal saya mikirnya karena saya nyimpen nya di Box container harusnya aman" aja, tapi yg berubah itu rata-rata Hw lama, kalau Hw baru masih bagus. itu kira-kira knp ya om? Mungkin bisa dibantu jawab 🙏🏻
Holy shit. I’ve just a 2013 F&F Toyota Supra for $20 because it had two big ass veins. Had I known this before I could of sold made $35 easy. Well. Better late than never knowing
@@c00lkid53 sorta kinda. It flattened it some but when I was doing it. I rushed and it creased it more. It’s probably going to be a practice makes perfect kind of thing.
I cant really believe if this is true . Reason is the card could have been switched. I would love for it to be true as Im a collector myself . Just that the card wasn't in continuous view of the camera the whole time . If it is true my apologies
