Thank you very much! In my case the motherboard wasn't clipped into the screen ribben slot correctly. Just needed to click it back in and hear that click sound.

@@sadhanapothabatini I kept taking off the motherboard and clipping it back into the ribbon until I heard a much louder click than usual. There were two connections the motherboard needed to make with the screen one of the left and one to the right but that was on my Samsung Note 4. Good luck!

hi smrity computer. i dropped my Realme c3 in a water bucket 2 days ago, and the display has these red vertical lines. i left it dry out without charging or anything. 2 days has passed and i went to school after charging it earlier. the screen went black but , i feel the fingerprint sensor and the restart / shut down buzzing sounds. what do I do ? my parents are cheapskates.

Didn't work.. so as I was playing a game, my screen turned off because of screen time out, and when I tried unlocking it again, I thought maybe it got glitched, but after a restart, the logo didn't showed up, but I could hear the ringtones and vibrations etc. The only bad thing was that I had to disconnect the battery because the upper part of the phone got so hot, I almost burnt myself. So what else can I do? for short : My screen went black and it gets hot for no reason.

I found a solution myself actually the screen is just not showing what you need to do is click on the on/off button then shut the phone down although you need some memorization and then turn it on

is the brightness of the displayed screen high? if not then make it high if its high, then the problem is with ur display connector, try cleaning it, if that didnt work, then try getting a new Screen Card.
