SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER CIRCUIT OPEN CODE ERROR FIX AIR BAG LIGHT
If your airbag light is on and the code says "Seat belt pre-tensioner circuit open" then you are at the right place. I will show you what you need to do to get rid off the airbag light by fixing the problem.
Always check the connection and cables because when you move the seat forward and backward the cable might get damaged.

Thanks for the info, I’m from the United States and very interested to know more about the airbag system how it works, I have been looking for on education center or school to learn that but I couldn’t find any of them, so do you have any information where I can learn that , actually I have an little knowledge on the airbag system like how to remove all the different deployed parts, install new parts , but I don’t know how to fix the codes and reset the airbag model , so can you help with that ? Thanks

knowldge will come with practice, try to watch you tube vedios about airbag, try to learn how to read eeprom out of circuit , then you be ready to read any airbag module and code it, i will try to post some basics vedio about airbag programming when i have a chance

I got a 2012 Chevy impala and I was looking at your codes there while you were reading them and I got that B0 022-0 D it’s saying that the seatbelt retractor retention or deployment loop resistance above threshold and that code B0022 - OD and then I got another code b0022-04 and this one is an open circuit can you please help me? I know there’s only so much you can do online but should I take it in to dealership? Or what im stuck thank you

I have 2012 Chev Orlando. The pre-tensioner on the passenger side intermittently throws an error. When slide the seat forward the error clears. I am looking for the pin out on the connector but I am having problems finding one online. How can I obtain one? Thank you!!!!!!

can you just tape the Resistor there and leave it there so the light wont come back on?

HI buddy, I tried replacing the Seat belt Anchor and Pretensioner related to B001A , B001 B, B0015, B0022. After changing I tried reset also but still the light is on. can someone help me out finding a solution. Thank you
