How to Fix Common Screen Errors | Redline Embroidery Machines 

I am embroidering theon my Brother Luminaire 2, dragon on the selection in my machine. I went to the butter fly, then scrolled down to the dragon. I am using the largest hoop that came with my machine. After stitching it out the design for over an hour, I get an error message "Embroidary frame cannot be used". When I firsst started it showed the larges hoop. Is there anyway to get around this???????????

Hi, the arms of the machine with the hoop I place are touching the part that has the bobbin and then gives me error EC13. What can I do free the hoop as it moves. Thanks.
