Hello i have a problem where my Zenless Zone Zero crashes when the loading screen shows up after i open it. I first had the unity problem, i found another tutorial which said to download ZZZ from Epic Games. After i did that i tried to open it but now its just crashing instead of showing the unity error. And when i open ZZZ directly from the search bar, it just says "download" even tho i downloaded it already from Epic Games.

i keep getting this error: Java lang unsatisfiedlinkerror dlopen failed: library libmain.so not found, and in play store it keeps telling me that my device is not compatible with that version(it's a redmi note 13 pro, and i can play it on my older device that is a redmi note 7)

My problem with the zenless zone zero was because of the sound. Like I don’t hear any sound or audio even in the battle not even a voice over. Please someone help me. It is very Annoying on my iOS phone

My problem on my zzz is the game is available on playstore before launch then I registered myself on the game then when the launch is now live that is June 4 I lately notice this like a 5 days ago I notice I go check on my playstore on zzz it said this game is not compatible on my phone but the game is doing gud I am playing it on my infinix NOTE 30 5G I need help about this before the update of the game I don't know if I can still update this on this situation

Just call out the developer to fix all this problem,only they know all about the bug.

Hoyo game always crash when first release or update new patch for no reason , especially Intel Graphics card .Only the Dev can fixed the problem ,so gave them sometime because they already addressed game issues on their page now .This situation similar to Star Rail ,the same issue but until now game more stable .

Best way to fix on PC... Don't install it... Still waiting for them to fix the Windowed game issue when you want to play at a lower resolution on a 4k monitor... My trick of lowering monitor setting before you launch the game, then lower in-game resolution doesn't work anymore. 😢

How to fix cutscene lag

Sadly my phone (Galaxy A52s) faces some issues specially where random times it just crashes (Event page, loading onto a diffrend part of the map, load into the TV screens) and i have to reopen always the game. I close all background apps, have enough storage, but simply not works. I really hope they update the game and fix these issues cuz i really wanna play this game on the go. Or it is really the time for a device upgrade
