How to Fix D3DCompiler_43.dll Missing Error Windows 10 GTA 5

While reinstalling my windows and trying to start GTA 5, always I'm getting the D3DCompiler_43.dll Missing Error. Here is a simple solution on how to fix it.
OC: Windows 10 64bit

Or search for 'directx end user runtime for windows 10' and download it.

Blud i could say you saved my life.I waited around 16 hrs for installing and unpacking.Then thought of opening and it told this dedcomplier shit.I lost all hope thinking theres some hardware device missing but lo your video appeared and sorted thigs out.

How come then i have played other games which, i assume, also require direct x but managed to start and play them without issues. And those games(far cry 5 etc.) are much newer than gta 5. And after that i installed gta 5 but it refuses to start. Weird.
