I have a device (Fitbit) which isn’t syncing and I’m trying to get my iPhone to forget that device but there’s no (i) next to it. I’m stuck!

Hi Lynne! If the (i) button isn’t showing, try restarting both your iPhone and the Fitbit. You can also go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Bluetooth,’ and if the Fitbit is still listed, tap and hold its name until it disconnects or an option to forget appears. If the issue persists, resetting your Fitbit’s Bluetooth settings might help.

no ,,I tried everything on brand new I phone 14, gonna try re pair my cardo headset ,,that was working but whats weird is phone said it was Yamaha not cardo ,,yes it is a Yamaha motorcycle and a Yamaha receiver
