whats wrong with mine is that whenever I click delete it turns the volume up and the actual button doesn't work and none of these worked for me☹☹

Did you try to reboot the system? If it didn’t work try to follow the video again or call the tech support.

This is not a solution to the issue. This button sound will always work again after a restart or reboot of an Apple computer. But the same issue is going to happen randomly over and over again. This troubleshooting in the video is not permanently. 👎🏽
