I"m 73 and have been doing this exercise without holding the hands across the chest (from a Face Yoga site) for around 3 weeks or a little more and I started to see my face change and jaw line start to define already. I love doing (tho' not exactly the same one) and seeing quick changes! 🥀🌻

I think just doing the first one every day would be enough. I do a few different exercises for my face daily, but, sometimes I skip different things and rotate or even miss days. It's just to much up-keep between exercises and skin care routines..

You remind me of a person 25 years or so who did facial exercise pining muscles … watched here over and over but couldn’t afford her cd.. so just did the ones she modeled at the time … they worked so well and almost instantly lived and stayed for hours ❤

This was fun and informative and I felt the benefit . I went to eye link and WOW I looked different immediately . I can still feel it around my eye bone inwards..I feel awake and alert..I can’t describe it . All three of you are a joy to watch together and I hope Deborah joins you again . This video in my recommendations was best I’ve had in ages , I’ve 🔔👍🏻. 🇬🇧💛🤍ps the smile tip..I’d started doing myself about two weeks ago and you mentioned it in eye video but the hands up worked. I’ve got like crease lines around sides of my chin/mouth and they only became noticeable after menopause, so around 54. I hardly see other older women with these lines and I can’t figure why I have them there. I can accept lines around the eyes/forehead far more. Maybe it’s weight loss and certain expressions but don’t majority of women lose weight and pull faces 🤔
