my PC starts, shuts off, starts, shuts off and you cant stop it unless you unplug it. I've tried safe-boot but it shuts off before it opens or just doesn't work. IDK whats wrong with it and there are no videos on this. Any idea what it might be?

Please help me. I have wiped my hard drive and then reinstalled W7 using my disk. Shortly after that the os changed dramatically so I again cleaned it to reinstall the os. Ems enabled shows up at boot and things look like they are going well but the install is stuck at 0. I can install from usb but the USB I have is corrupted with the dreaded 11 oS. Take in mind that if we cant boot from our computer we see your video from our phone. So clear voice and clear presentation its very important. If I was not able to connect my phone to the tv so I can have a clear view and understanding it will be very difficult to follow your instructions. One suggestion is to rebuild this video with clear voice and better presentation. By the way one of the command reactions was " access denied" but thanks god despite this my computer worked . thank you

This is all well if you only have one partition on your hard drive! My installation has a 500MB reserved system partition for a boot manager and a second partition (assigned C:) for the OS and file system. The commands as presented in this video only complicates my situation because the fixmbr and fixboot commands operate on the wrong partition!

I was trying to format my Sony vaio laptop using bootable pendrive. but the installation process was starting again so i opened the command port available during formating and by mistake cleaned the whole partition now my laptop is not accepting any bootable devices or i can say i have deleted everything that was on my hard drive. my windows vista working find, shut down normally, then next time it failed to load windows, went to the TECH Guys repair menu. tried all the options, seems like my copy of windows has completely gone and for no reason as all, made no changes. Hard drive number still showing in the BIOS, I dont have an original boot disk, i have the start up recovery one i made when first bought pc in 2007. I could originally get into my f8 safe mode menu, but now since trying some bcd codes I get the screen as shown in this video, so something is not right now. i have two bcd back up files. I have tried the diskpart list codes as well, cannot locate evidence of windows. I get the message that 0 installations have been identified... can anyone help, how can my pc be find one day then suddenly no windows. Am i possibly getting this message because i need an original install disk? i am really stuck, had pc 10 years and never once had anything like this, i feel ive corrupted the bcd path more as cannot get into the safe mode menu. Even when i was able to do that, it wouldnt boot into safe mode and i ended up back at the techguys 4 option menu. so was getting nowhere. When i went through option one, i was able to search for OS systems, it found none, said if not found, loads drivers manually, but i dont know where they are located and what files will be required. the c drive was showing it had nearly full amount of space on it! this cant be right as my drive didnt have alot of space. anyone had this problem, could it be more than a software issue...? maybe the drive is toast, recently my pc wouldnt power on at all, i had a new shower added to my homes circuit and same day my pc would start, but took of the panels dusted it and it came on, been fine again for weeks now. but wondering if my hard drives had a issue and my windows has been deleted... or some kinda bug, but last time i was on my pc i didnt even go on the net, i was scanning photos and printing. this is so frustrating!
