*CURRENT XBOX SERVICE ISSUES THAT COULD AFFECT GAMES:* *Friday 26th July 2024:* Xbox Game Pass Issue. Seems to affect those with recurring billings due on 19th July 2024. If this is happening to you, I'd recommend waiting until Microsoft fix this or follow the temporary fix below. *Temporary Fix:* Contacting Microsoft Support - They should be able to cancel the plan and renew it for you or allow you to renew again manually.
I have tried every fix in the book, from changing my account and profile, to hard resetting the console and uninstalling everything. I have used 3 different storage devices, I have tried running offline, Wireless and Wired connections (with multiple routers, cables and internet providers). I have cleared the cache on Everything about a thousand times. There is no fix for this. This is an xbox hardware issue. The Series X and S were shipped out with faulty gear and some unlucky SOB's got some dud consoles.
Does it do it every time or after you played a couple of games? Because that's what's happening with me. Ever since I moved and got this new internet service called teksavvy.
@@Mr_Clayfish You need a computer. Get the ip address on the modem(internet modem). type in the ip in the address bar. it will take you to the modem settings page. Then enable the upnp. Turn on the xbox. check the nat type and it should say open. Might be easier for you to watch a youtube video on it but it works.
I haven't had an issue with an xbox console since my original xbox arcade running gears of war for 9 hours and getting "red ring of death". I had ZERO issues with my xbox one, not a single crash, and now (with the very same games) on the Series X I have multiple crashing and freezing on certain games that make them unplayable. I'm thinking of switching to PS5 and putting all my xbox stuff in a field somewhere and lighting it on fire.
lol honestly keep the games and do something with the console if ya wanted down the road run up PC you can link your account but PS5 is pretty dope come on over. I’ve always had issues with Xbox Red Ring of death you name it lol the HDMi port being faulty on a $500 system come on now.
I’ve had my series x pretty much since Christmas after release and Fortnite is the only game that crashes. sometimes it works, sometimes it crashes to dashboard or turns the Xbox completely off. I’ve tried everything in your video. what do I do if it’s a hardware issue.
Unfortunately it does sound more likely to be hardware related if it’s multiple games I would try and swap out as many variables as possible, e.g cable, port monitor, change resolution, improve airflow and see if any of these improves the situation
GTA 5 & few games(Offline & Online) keep freezing(Crashing) on the loading screen of my XBOX ONE Console. What could be the reason I’m unable to play few good games because of this reason even.😣😣 FIFA24 , COD these games are working properly but Man I really wanted to Play GTA 5 for a long time now & still I’m unable to play because it just keep freezing & crashing on the loading screen . How can I play can anyone find the solution of it ?
If it's the same issue in multiple games, but not all it makes it quite complicated to figure out. First thing I'd do is uninstall and reinstall one of the games that isn't working (choose the smallest game size to save time and data). If the problem continues exactly as it was, try opening the game whilst signed in to another account (if you can) and see if the problem is the same. Next, try and figure out if there's any similarities with the games that don't work, e.g. are they all disk based or the Series X/S version? Other than that, it could be that these games are requiring updates - that's a very common cause for them not getting past the loading screen.
@@luiseduardogomezvazquez8393 You need game pass core to be able to play online games, which could be why you're getting kicked out when trying to join the online mode.
It’s possible it’s a fault with the console, especially if it’s multiple games. Could the console be overheating, e.g does it seem very hot or are the fans loud?
@@odessa2187question, for your XSX what games are you trying to run? Are they “Enhanced for XSX|XSS” titles? How are they installed? What storage? Many “Enhanced Games” only run/work properly if they are EITHER installed on the consoles internal 1-2TB hard drive or, installed on a ‘internal’ hard solid state drive of any capacity (SSD) which are sold separately and not very cheap. With few exceptions, the “Enhanced” versions will only run off of those two storage devices and NOT off of say an old console (Xbox One) external hard drive (mine for example is a 4TB) powered via USB. The USB connection can be corrupted in efforts of running certain enhanced titles, because it just simply is not capable of running/transferring media/content of such capacities. An exception of mine personally, is that on my XSX using the external 4TB USB hard drive (from my Xbox One) I can play the “Enhanced for Xbox Series X” version of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, but I can’t play “Enhanced” Fortnite off of that 4TB USB external hard drive, only on my internal (XSX console’s 1TB) built in hard drive, since I’ve yet purchase any kind of XSX SSD storage device.
All of a sudden bioshock 2 remastered is freezing and then crashing on me and I’m at the end trying to get the rest of the achievements, it never happened before now all of a sudden it keeps happening, I uninstalled it reinstalled it unplugged my Xbox for 3 days n nothing
If it’s multiple games it’s possibly a more general problem, either hardware, network or account status. I’d also check for any patterns relating to the crashing, e.g is it only when quick resume is used
@@TropicalTech i bought it new just over a week ago so the shop is going to swap it over for me but it played most games just certain ones it wouldnt etc i played with all the settings nothing worked
