Hi I have a problem with the cp2025 it's showing an error prompting me to remove paper jam from the back yet there's no paper jam... The roller which spits out paper used to roll when I turned on the printer but it's not doing that anymore

@@PartsBaba The gears are fine by the way, the rotor is not turning anticlockwise as it used to do i noticed
