I have a 2023 Hyundai Elantra N and I have not necessarily a problem but sometimes when I am driving it will flash a screen on my dash that says "check forward safety system" but it goes away, it's happened a few times but has never actually been a problem because I know that the safety system works as it has gone off before. I believe maybe there is some type of software bug that needs to get a patch, or sometimes like you said maybe a little rock hit the sensor and set it off 🤷♂️
When I was driving in the rain 30 seconds after I hydroplaned All my lights came on for my 2022 Elantra hybrid it says check forward safety system rear safety system and blind spot safety system and it keeps kicking on the ABS system constantly when you first turn the car on and then after driving a little bit then you will get all the errors and it will disable abs and it drives normal. My car has been in the shop for 3 weeks at first they thought it was the wheel speed sensor. That did not fix it now they bought a brake booster which I highly doubt is going to fix it because it didn't have any trouble braking. But it takes 2 weeks for the parts to arrive I just don't know how long they're going to have my car
