Hi please help, after removing the mosfet ic i checked the line ( from the battery clip to the ic ) *it was Ok. I put it in back ( the ic) .. the phone did not come up ( phone not powering up) What can i do?

I replaced the screen of my Iphone 8 and now it is stuck at 1% and won't charge. Is there anything that i can do to solve this problem at home without a welding machine or is it game over?

I have the exact same problem as you on iphone 8 plus but mosfet is not missing and also pad under this mosfet is not missing (i've tried to remove this mosfet and check pad and put back) issue remains. Battery shows service and phone is not charging but port is ok and battery also. Do you have any idea ?

This is not the first iPhone that does that but why would it be hardware if the phone charges when battery is depleted only, to me that seems like software issues... how do I get this fixed? 🤷🏻‍♂️
