HOLY CRAP. BRO the tapping works. I tapped it really hard tho lmao. YOU JUST SAVED ME. I have been hard resetting for the past 18 hours including while i am at work. The screen does this about every other day but I will be getting a new iPhone soon but thank you dude seriously

This is a good example of how to fix an iPhone, it worked for me on my mates phone I managed to do it straight away!! It's not hard U just have to follow the instructions as directed and if it worked for me then surely it will work for others as well but I decided to put in another step that I got from experience fixing other iPhones of other models and that is to straight away go to the settings and update all the apps U can because the apps seem to have something to do with this screen freezing problem on the hardware issue end of the problems anyway. That step I just suggested will fix software issues. This combined will fix the problem of the screen freezing hopefully and if it happens again atleast now I know how to fix any issues that are not actually physical issues with the phone itself such as the phone itself being damaged or faulty in some way and in that case then U may not be able to fix the phone at all.
