This is like one of the typical “did you try rebooting it” fixes.. Why do we need a video for this?! And close running apps? Really? I don’t think clearing RAM fixes a physical touch issue. Apple has released a free repair program for iPhone 11 manufactured between Sep ‘19 and May ‘20. Use that to fix the problem and not just restart and hope that everything works.

I followed 1 recommendation, which said hold button on the right ., for 5 seconds, while still holding that button.’til screen goes black then press lower left button, next thing i know it called emergency service., is this a joke ??? … so in other words just reset the damn phone,. First thing I did; Hard reset on my Iphone 11 around 2-9 times, over and over trying to get it to work. Eventually it worked every now and then but had tons of issues. So I did a reset of my phone (Erase all settings) and when I turned it back on it still had the same issue. So I did a another hard reset and after it seemed to work. It's currently working good for now but we will see what happens. I recommend doing that if nothing else works. Hard reset a few times, see if it fixes, if not, reset all settings (make sure to backup Icloud) and then another shut down or hard reset and see if it works. Let me know!

ok, you fix a non functioning touch screen by using the touch screen??? seems rather conflicting. like you fix the broken switch by turning on the switch. it's broken so i can't use the screen.
