V-sync or vertical sync just lock 60 fps doesn't affect the performance of the the game to run it better ...(if turn off the v sync you gonna get more fps )p.s. sorry my English is bad!!

vsync 1 is stable 60 fps vsync 2 is stable 70-75 fps

Dude u have a nice cpu and pes is a cpu intensive game not gpu, that's why u getting 40 fps even without the settings u set to! For ppl like me that even have 8g of ram and 4 of vram but with potato cpu we cant even get 20 fps any how ( gt 730 gpu that is also weaker than ur 550ti )

AMD FX 6200 GTX 1050 2GB WORK, BUT AFTER 15 MINUTE THATS BACK STUTTER SOMETIMES. GET STUTTERING IF ENEMY COUNTER ATTACK. OR WE ARE GO TO COUNTER ATTACK ON CROWDED SITUATION..THAT STUTTERING. MUST SLOW PLAYING ITS FINE TO GET 60 FPS. BYTHEWAY THANKS FOR HELP AND TUTORIAL.
