If it is dust and stuff like that you have to buy something to make it as easy as possible it, there is something that does that at IKEA but not sure of name. Otherwise not sure

I randomly find myself coming back to this video for support. I cheaped out buying this headset and even though it does what it needs to it gives me so many headaches dealing with it. I have to edit this whole reply, because at the time I wrote it I still didn't understand fully how it works, but it's actually really simple. The headset has 2 modes. Lightspeed (dongle) mode and Bluetooth mode. You switch between them by holding down the MUTE button for 3 seconds. If the LED turns blue, you're in Bluetooth mode. If the LED turns cyan (pale blue), you're in Lightspeed (dongle) mode. The dongle mode just works. The Bluetooth will need pairing, at least the first time. You enter pairing by holding down the MUTE and POWER buttons at the same time until the LED starts flashing. The part that confused me, was that you could pair it to Bluetooth even in dongle mode. But it would not reconnect by itself. You had to pair every time. If it is in Bluetooth mode it will reconnect to the device it was connected to last. You can also pair it to multiple devices. Which of them it will actually connect to depends on various factors, but if it ever connects to the wrong one, just go into Bluetooth settings, make the headset enter pairing mode and select it from the list. I haven't had any problems with it, since I figured it out.
@@moneyteam2069 Actually after finally trying to connect it to my PC, I figured out I was in the wrong mode. It was blinking pale blue. That's for the dongle. Then I finally got it into Bluetooth mode thanks to this video (dark blue LED) and later realized that now it automatically connects to paired devices - which is what I was expecting from it... It's also very easy to switch modes and use it via the dongle. The mute button It makes sense now - by default it was configured for the dongle. And I was connecting it to Bluetooth in dongle-mode. In fact I'm surprised it even worked! However this isn't explained anywhere I've seen. So it was a hassle figuring it out. But now I turn it on and it's instantly connected to my tablet or my PC depending on that setting. I have no more complaints about it. Except the lack of instructions. It's a great headset.
@@deezeembi just bought it and i have a problem that any solution couldn't fix it so my problem is that my headset doesn't recognize the adaptor simple as it seems i didn't find any solution sadly
@@mazen1797 Did you change it into Dongle mode? The light which blinks dark blue in BT pairing mode has to blink pale blue, almost green and when connection to dongle is established, it will be a solid color. You change the modes by holding down the mic mute button at the bottom for a few seconds until the light changes color. Make sure you're in the right mode.
@@mazen1797 If nothing else works, try resetting the dongle while headphones are in dongle mode. Unplug and replug the dongle. If it still doesn't work, check if it's recognized properly in Device Manager under Sound, video and game controllers - Has to say "G435 Wireless Gaming Headset", otherwise you have a driver problem.
The LED when it turns to Cyan starts blinking and it wont connect to the dongle. How do I connect it to my pc with the dongle in it. I followed the steps and nothing worked besides bluetooth pairing mode.
I did it steb by step but the cyan light still keeps blinking ... My laptop recognizes the donlge but when i click on the headphones on the sound option i receive no sound ... Please help
You sir are a legend! My girlfriend borrowed my headset today and when she gave them back I couldn't get them working for love nor money!!!!! I eventually managed to connect via bluetooth but was miffed that the dongle wasn't working. Needless to say I didn't realise that there was a wireless and a bluetooth mode on the headset! Holding the mute button, who knew?! NOT ME!

My G435 keeps disconnecting randomly (it blinks cyan light). From time to time it will start working but the problem randomly reappears. Somitmes restarting my PC helps, sometimes they just randomly connect and disconnect after random amount of time. Could you help me? Thanks in advance
I don't know if you are still experiencing these problems but I think that the wireless Logitech mouses cause this problem. Since i started using my G305 i have been experiencing problems with the headset. Im trying to use it now withouth the mouse and everything seems to be working. If the headset disconnects again then idk it must be a Logitech issue and it should be refundable.

They just finneakey or how ever u spell it, just keep playing around with them… I figure if u get it on the right setting for what u want and it isn’t working keep it on that setting turn them off turn them back on and they’ll usually connect
Man, the manual of this headset sucks. All that I learned of connection was from youtube, but I was getting trouble going from the bluetooth back to the dongle. This videos helped me a lot, thx for posting it!!
My headset wouldn't connect to my PS5 all of a sudden and I had just downloaded a new game and couldn't believe they broke. This fixed it. PS5 doesn't support bluetooth audio but this video let me figure out that I needed to switch it back to lightsppeed.thanks!
This still works! For some reason my headset hasn't been charging right and I was looking up issues on how to fix it, but that's when I found out about lightspeed mode. Now I don't have to worry about keeping a charge the entire time! :3
This helped me now. I was having issues with my G435 when trying to use it for a Zoom call. I was worried it's broken. Sheesh I just had to press the mute button for a few seconds and it connected again. I did do a restart and disconnect of the Dongle before this. Anyways, this headset is both great and a nightmare sometimes.
So I learned from this video I just held the mute button a few seconds to long and did not realize it switched modes thank you so much I can hear again
thank you!!!! I was about to throw my headset in the trash bin. My 3 year old son had it and it didn`t connect, after he gave it back to me. In the end, he had switched to Bluetooth mode. I didn`t read about the trick with pressing the Mic button... Enjoy your day!

ive only just got this headset and i cannot for the life of me figure out what is going on whenever i do this it does not work but see in so many places that it should, whenever i do these steps it just starts flashing cyan it never goes bold, and then there is 2 types of flashing cyan, 1 is a slow flash and 2 is a fast flash what do these mean? please i am praying for some help!

1. Shut down headphones [ turn off your headphones ] 2. Insert the dongle [ take off your usb dongle then re insert on your usb port ] 3. Press power button for 2 sec( green light will blink) [ it means to power on your headphones till you see green light ] 4. Press power + mute for Bluetooth pairing mode(blue led will blink) [ power + mute button till its blue light ] 5. Hold mute button to connect to dongle( led will turn cyan) [ self explanatory you hold the mute button till its cyan ] enjoy this works for pc too im a pc gamer thank you sir @ The Provoked Prawn
