what does google have to do with outlook they are both different in terms of program and company. Outlook does not use google at all, why is google services being disabled? however, i tried that and IT DOES NOT WORK so i have to revert the services and set back what was already there in there services...sad

I do not have google chrome installed so don't have the google services you mention... I have the bug of outlook not refreshing but perhaps need to disable a different service?

Bottom line the basics are fails, Outlook does not send mail ever, microsoft just blaims the carrier, ALL CARRIERS, microsoft 365 is a rip off. Plain and simple it just does not work.
