My problem is that i have a dll streaming source dll file/note showing a piece of paper on my desktop and when i open it in notes it has nothing written on it idk how it got there but do you know how to help me wondershare

every time i run sfc scan and dism restorehealth it says it finds no issues at all even though certain applications like notepad, microsoft store, xbox app and even the calculator wont open (they do but they immediately crash/close afterwards). Im pretty sure im missing dll files but i dont know how to identify which ones specifically.

Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend running this in CMD "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" to make sure your windows image is healthy. You can also try using a tool like DLL-files.com to find and download the missing DLL file.

Hi sir hope you will reply. My pc was doing fine yesterday and it had the documents folder showing however today suddenly it wasn’t showing at all I didnt even delete or anything. I tried to restart and everything and still it’s not showing. It not even in the recycle bin. Please if you could help me😭

Hi there, thank you for your question! Go to the Start menu, type in ‘cmd,’ and launch the Command prompt type the following command and hit Enter: "attrib +r -s -h %USERPROFILE%Documents /S /D". Try unhiding all the files as well by clicking on the view tab and selecting show hidden files.

maybe its hidden, when ur in the file explorer, theres a view button above the files, and then u click on show hidden files

I would recommend trying to run your computer off a bootable USB drive and then try running a system file checker scan and scan the drives on your computer for any errors and then try again. If that doesn't work I would recommend trying to create a fresh install of windows on your computer just remember to backup any important data before resetting your pc.

If the issue persists, consider repairing the System Image using the DISM tool: In an elevated command prompt window, enter the following command and hit Enter: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth then wait for the process to complete. This command repairs the Windows system image and fixes any corrupted components.

Hi there, thank you for your question! Try opening up command prompt as administrator and using the following command regsvr32 "yourfile.dll" hopefully that helps if not make sure all your drivers are up to date and try reinstall the program.
