If you swapped primary to right and your right click actually isnt working just stay on that screen an tap up or down arrow keys

Thank you the registry edit fix did the tricked. Yesterday, I did a SFC scan and repair plus a DISM scan. Wondering if one of those caused this issue.

registry key worked for me finally this has been going on for months, I have even factory reseted my pc for other reason and the right mouse button was still not working, and thats the main thing I use to pan my camera round in sims 4 thank you I have been googling for months no more pulling a finger muscle lol
