That's real rocket science! Just recently I ended up junking a whole batch of capsules with a machine that just wouldn't budge. Finally, I shelved the Nespresso and went back to basics. But if I had attempted to clean the machine like you did, l would have ended up with only a box of parts, a teaspoon and no coffee machine. Better I run to the café nearby for my espresso.
You should have broke the capsules open and used the contents in a cafetiere. That's what I did when the pump on the Lavazza machine at work broke and they threw the machine away.
A very informative video. Just fixed my own leaky identical machine. Just a few points about reassembly - the end cap and spout cover is best left until last as it’s easier to line up the 2 halves of case. Then press on the end cover etc. I also found it easier to mount the innards on the smaller side first. Cheers!
I love my Nespresso mini Essenza in red. Almost 5 years old and still gives beautiful crema and delicious espresso. I've done 1 regular cleaning so far and make 2 espresso shots per day, morning and afternoon. I buy all different capsules on Amazon and they've all worked great, never any problems. I could never be able to tear it apart and put it back together so my Nespresso will have to continue to work on prayers. 🙏🏼🥰

If anything, this is an excellent demonstration of all the micro biome that built up inside the machine . You should ask yourself (if you have any sort of gastrointestinal issue), if this is the cause. Maybe next time remive the diffuser too, so people can see how disgusting and clogged it is. Full of germs.
Beautiful crema at the end, I must say my Dēloghi Magnifica is really easier to change the important seals, I guess because the Nespresso is so small it's more difficult to work on , Grazie Ciao ciao!
Bravo Andrea! I fixed my Krups espresso machine so many times! One time the switch was full of coffee grinds. But how? Why? Your machine looked so complicated!

Hi. I have a Nespresso Essenza. The problem that I have is the capsule is not being punctured. So, only “dirty water” coffee is in the cup with water in the collection reservoir at the bottom. I’ve cleaned the front grid with a toothbrush, cleaned the nozzle, and descaled. Unfortunately still no coffee. I think I need to remove and clean the grid. Hi, I do have a Nespresso Pixie C60 that leaks and would like to replace the o-ring. Where can I buy it? I live in America and access to metric system parts in regular hardware stores is not as easy. I found the parts number: 0061701 and description: 0-ring 3.40 x 1.90 EPDM V3, 70 shore black. Any ideas?
I used a classic o-ring for plumbing, they sell a kit with different dimensions so you can try with different ones or after you remove it you can go to the store with the o-ring and buy few of the same dimensions
I am so impressed. The electrical wires put me off tho. :) My Pixie issue is the pump won't allow any water to run through due to "air pocket". Apparently, if they sit for awhile that problem arises. I tried everything else on RU-vid. Maybe you can help? TIA
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato hi I never took the whole machine apart. I took a syringe with elongated tip & multiple times I pushed water through the area under filter where water container sits. I removed tiny filter. Twice I heard a pop. Then dark water started going through. As if a rubber hose melted a little? Now I do get some clear water going through, but maybe 1/4 the amount of water drips out that I need for either coffee size. Any ideas? I am encouraged that the "air bubble" seal popped and some water comes through. Would using distilled water change anything? Thank you!

I literally just plugged in my new Nespresso machine, did the initial cleaning and now it just blinks orange. I'm scared to do all this 😫 ^ cool video though
wooo this is NOT an easy fix! how on earth did you manage to put it back together and it works...impressive. 99.9% of people would just trash it and buy another. More pollution. I keep my little moka italian expresso machine - no pollution - lasts forever.
