How to FIX NETFLIX Problems on a Samsung TV 

This is the only thing I have been able to fix in my entire life now my wife is proud of me lol

BRILLIANT! I had just spent the last hour ringing Samsung to try and figure out how to fix it and when i turned if off and back on again it worked, thank you so much!!!!!!! :))))))

Today Netflix started doing this on my parents' tv. I could fix the problem by simply reinstalling the app, but they are not tech savvy enough to do it themselves so this solution is exactly what the doctor ordered. Thanks Vince.

Add me to the list!!! Unplugged everything except the tv and couldn't figure it out. Took wifi off, exited out of Netflix account on laptop, etc....nothing, simple unplug of tv and good to go! Subscribed now!

Yep - Works just as described. Powered down for 30 seconds, re-started and Netflix is back up. Brilliant.

Exactly what I need! I just bought a brand new Samsung QLED TV a few days ago. The Netflix worked for 1 day then stopped completely. I got the "cannot play title at this time" message on every title. Netflix works fine on all other devices in my house. I planned to return it if I couldn't find the simple solution. Thank you very much.

Thanks so much bro, my Netflix kept saying an error code everytime I clicked on a movie and this fixed it. Way faster then resetting it.

Thank you so much! The last couple times this happened I reset the smart hub and had to set up the TV all over again/re-enter passwords. This is much more convenient!

If you pressed the power button on the remote control for 5 or 10 seconds the red light will start to flicker stop then open the tv it will do the same ... i was looking for fix to the problem
