I have a moto stylus and just had to have the phone replaced. Did you find a solution to fixes yours. Might be handy if it happens again

@@Jacksonville_Phil Did you get it replaced with the same kind of phone ? Does it work now? I have a Moto G pure & I can hear people but they can't hear me my bars go from full to empty. Some calls are fine but most are not. None of these fixes worked.

I have the same issue now. Less than a month of getting my phone. When I went to the store couple days ago, they did replaced the SIM, however, the couple hours later the same issue occurred, so I went back again and they ordered a new phone for me. They did tell me that the phone model is on backorder. The rep thinks that it could be a issue with the SIM card reader. But it's weird that everything else work but the incoming and outgoing call.

I don't know if it's network or carrier but my Moto g pure is randomly deleting messages which wipes out mms history. Never had this annoying issue with other cell phones.

I tried all of these that you said & none of them worked. I live really close to my companies tower. One minute I will have full bars & the next zero bars. What do you think is the problem since none of these fixes worked? I have never dropped my phone & it is only 9 days old??? My phone is Motorola Moto G Pure.

Hi, sorry, I have just seen your second message. Remove the sim card, clean it with a dry cloth, put it back and restart your phone, turn it off and back on

None of these work for me, my LTE stops working randomly so I have to go my local store so they can fix it

Can i ask what exaclty they do at the store for it? Ive been having this issue for bout a month and i wouldnt even know what lte is except when searching for networks it doesnt pick up the normal ones it use to. There will be like 9 or 10 and the first says Home and the rest say roam but lte is next to each od them. Ive tried everything including never buying a motorola smartphone again. Samsung and LG have been totally fine but this is a nightmare all just to save a few bux🤦‍♂️

@@robertom2744 from what I remember I think you go to settings -> system -> reset options -> "reset wifi, mobile and Bluetooth"that's what's in my phone at least may be different for yours

Hi everybody, I have a Motorola Edge 20 Pro and it also has Intermittent network issues.... I've tried all the above on the video but no no avail.... Once in a while I get an explanation on the network symbol .. data is slow until it decides to get network again... And it's slower than I expected....any helo

The only fix for a Motorola cell phone is a 375 Holland Holland or a 338 win mag. Remember to clamp it in a vise real well!!!!!!!!

I can't access the mobile settings? I can see them but not click on them. My Motorola phone has network problems but it is connected to a wifi network, I want to update my phone because it's very old and not updated it's on version 7.2 but I can't update if it says there is an error because of the network problems I think please help me

Hi, most old phones do not have any new version available especially with the release of Android 10. If you check online with your phone model number, you will see the last version available for your device.

None of those options worked for me, however while playing around with my internet settings, I turn off the Non-carrier data usage in apps and haven't had any problem since.

When I lose my signal after going into an area that doesn't have a signal it takes a long time to get back my signal after I do get into an area with a perfect signal. Sometimes I have to restart my phone to get a signal faster. Any help?

My phone wouldn't let me change any access point settings and last time I reset my network settings it made it so all network don't work n had to factor reset my phone n was trying to get my hotspot to work says need subscription when I been had it and nothing works

Hotspot is a free feature in all smartphones. Some phone do not have have the edit option to change APN, remove the SIm card, put it back, this may automatically update APN or call your provider tech support to reset connection

Remove the sim card and put it back, do that outside home. Phones have very weak signal inside or in basements. Check if you don't have another issue with your carrier

Well, I just bought Motorola g22, activated it and was fine for five minutes until I inserted head set to the jack port and now I lost any access to the Android system. I just see the current time and calling options. Can't do anything else (no access to phone apps and settings) even after I removed the head set, removed the sim card...

On my motorola, I don't have the option for 'Preferred Network Types' - What do i do??? Also, on the same motorola I tried to take the 2nd step ( Turning off 'Automatically Select Network') but it DOES NOT come up with the name of the network that i need ('Simple Mobile'). - Why is that? Hi, select where it says LTE 4G auto and restart your phone. You have to restart your phone after you make changes. In regrads to second question, it's because your carrier's signal is not that strong to pop up. You can try again outside your home

My issue with the Motorola edge (2022) is when I drive past a wifi device it's like it turns off my mobile network for a split second while communicating with that device and for apps that need a continuous connection or even streaming. It causes them to stop. It's really fn stupid

Hey! check if your phone is unlocked first to be able to use it with any network outside of Europe. If your phone is still locked to a european carrier, you won't be able to use it somewhere else. And check with your new carrier in Canada if the sim card is already activated to get a number. Insert your sim card and reboot your phone, turn it off and back on. If it's not working, one of these two has an issue Sim card or Phone as I explained. You might also need to change APN settings if mobile data is not working (optional).

That doesn't remove any data from your phone if you choose the right option as shown in the video. That will reset your wifi, bluetooth and device network.

It happens, contact your vendor and get the PUK code to unlock your sim or get a new sim and activate it the same number = sim swap
