I replaced my Nvidia graphics card recently and then started to notice screen tearing, particularly in the GPU intensive moments, but your video has fixed the issue! Many thanks to you! :)
Thank you so much for posting this video!! I tried Everything... watched multiple videos trying to figure out a solution nothing worked until I saw yours fixed my screen tearing issue and improved my framerate also!! Thanks again!!
So it turns out my issue was just that my 144hz monitor was still set to 60hz after I forgot to set it back when I reinstalled windows a couple months ago. God dammit. Remember to set your refresh rates people.
Thank you so much!!! I was having screen tearing issues randomly after configuring settings in the NVidia control panel with all the games I was playing. But this video fixed it!
So it turns out because of my gpu or something my monitor (which is supposed to be 60hz and always has been) can go up to 74.97hz. Your method helped me find it so thanks!
bruh my screen was set to 30hz … my screen was tearing so badly 😭 i forgot this setting existed thank you the first option fixed everything pretty much
Yes MDTech, Your Video really, really Helps, Thank You Sooooooo... MUCH My Computer Screen Tearing reducing seems Like Back To Original Screen at least much clearer from now on., thank you again.
While this solved my screen tearing issue, it also made my monitor quite slow and unresponsive, the refresh rate is at 64Hz when the proper refresh rate should be 60Hz, any way to fix this?
Hello MDTech! So do you know the solution to this? I recently used CRU to do some display adjustments, but it made my screen black forever so I had to do a factory reset with my files not going away. But ever since I have factory reset my pc it’s been sooooo slow and tearing in games much more rubberbanding
Well not even this works, all set to 144. Free sync in monitor ON. |when i move horizontally I stutter too much in Valorant, i have a RTX 3070 and is very frustrating because basically in Valorant you move laterally checking corners, and all the laterall movement is giving me aweful stuttering
Do you know if this might be a solution to screen tearing in video recordings using an Elgato Capture Card? I keep having this issue, or pixelation. Even after reducing my bitrate to 68mbps. The lowest it can be reduced. I'm using an Elgato 4K60 S +.
