My boyfriend had the same issue after he change the graphic card. Another thing is that only on the OBS it will glitch, but on the apps of the camera (LOGITECH) will not. Hope one day we can fix this, thanks I will be following you

I sorted for my son and i don't play or understand nothing about games just change the ratio configuration from 1080 to 720 and gess what it worked stop glitching and no more black screen 👍 his streaming happy 😂
Im reading this is mostly caused by lack of power on the usb port, so if you have the camera connected to a USB hub instead of directly to the PC that may be the issue. You can also try using device manager and power saving settings to make sure the power is always on on the USB port.
Ive managed to reduce this on my stream. It seems that its an issue with trying to display too large an image in a smaller size. Cropping and reducing resolution has helped.
I had an issue with an old logitech camera where even the anti-flicker settings didn't fix it, but I found my own fix. I changed the resolution to custom, set it to 1280x720 and changed the FPS setting to 29.97 NTSC and it fixed it. Hopefully this helps someone!
