My issue was that my install file was in my downloads folder which is under my username which contained two words separated by a space (first name space family name). The username must be without spaces like one word (or two words with underscore instead of space) OR you have to put the installer folder in for example directly in a folder in c:/ which I did. That solved the issue :)

The most common cause of the 0-2054 error is a firewall that blocks the installation of your Office app. But if you're sure that your firewall isn't the problem, you could try using Office deployment tool. setup.exe /configure configuration-Office365-x64.xml (use xml from ODT) but it installs office 2016 (in button about inside any office program) and microsoft 365 in control panel/software and programs🤔 Yes, in real it is office 2016.🙄
