Thank you! lol No, I love this specific color from feria. If you want dark brunette (not black), find a color that specifically has "golden" undertones and it will be more chocolate in color than black!
I got my hair dyed rose gold and it looked amazing. Washed out afer a week. Got it redyed and it was SO MAGENTA... now it's just a gross copper orangy shade.. I might give this a try.

Hahaha!! 😂 I’ve been cutting my hair at home my whole life and cutting a little at a time is always the way to go! I’ve never cut my own hair and end up not liking it. Left a salon in tears tho! I can’t remember if I said it in this video but cut dry and somewhat styled so you have an idea of what it will look like! Glad this was helpfully!! ❤️❤️❤️
😢 Tinted Shampoo - 😕Dye mixed with developer (your Feria/other perm dyes) becomes inactive after about 1.5 hours after mixing. What Works: Semi or demi-permanent color that does NOT have to be mixed with developer, mixed into some shampoo, then stored in a container with all the air squeezed out, like a ziploc. The more air in the container, the faster it becomes useless.

Definitely going to try this. Cant believe I got a $250 balayage and it was orange. He fixed it with gloss supposedly but that brown color only lasted for like 3 weeks. Don’t want to pay another $60-70 so thank you so much for this video 💗🫶🏼

you can also tone with a demi permanent color. BUT my hair was dyed orange instead of pink and I didn't want to have to strip the color before toning again.
@@DeanndraNunnery the demi permanent color worked great. I planned on just recovering to a dark brown or black but now I have a much softer brown that is a much better blend. Thank you for sharing experience. You help this old lady fix her orange hair.

Hi Deanndra! I want to use the same color you use in video to dye your hair my hair is probably a shade or 2 darker than yours it's like a dark brown or close to black/brown my question is will if lighten some or to close your results in color with just the box dye or do I need to use a 20 developer with it?

I color my hair copper red . The 1st time I love and now my stylist switch up the formula .. wonder is the copper red and be cover with the bronzed brown.
I did mine the very next morning!! Haha I was not about to wait! You mostly have to keep time frame in mind when working with bleach. Not so much color.

I did my hair today, it was supposed to give a caramel look and it turned red. How many days do I need to wait to try a brunette color to get the orange/red off?
Oh no! Try soaking it in purple shampoo to see if that will help tone it. Unless you just want it dark brown again you can do it tomorrow. As long as you aren’t double bleaching it, you should be fine. I waited overnight for this video.

I was the same girl, going back brown sounded so much better than going through the trouble and ending up with damaged hair. It should work! I left it in around 30-45 min
I had bleached my hair before and decided to dye the blonde pink. My mom got the pink on my roots where my natural brunette hair was growing back. It turned my roots ginger orange. How would I fix that? Just buy brown dye and add it to my roots?

I dyed the next morning. Yes as long as your hair still has it’s integrity and you’re not bleaching 8 times in a row, it will be fine to color the same day.
My wife dyed my hair to try and turn it blonde. Turned out orange and yellowish. Do you know if Light Ash Brown by LOreal will make it more orange or fix it?
I waited overnight the last time I bleached bc I botched it. If your hair is damaged it doesn’t ever repair itself. It will be the same amount of damage no matter how long you wait. Not a professional tho so I would definitely do your own research before dying tour hair at home.

I really need your help, I got my hair done to a honey blonde balayage and I was told to dye my hair to a burgundy colour like yours in the beginning of the video it was exactly that colour. Idk girl I’m not a professional...I’d probably strip the color all together with a color remover and dye again so I get a uniform look. You always want to dye your roots last bc the heat from your head processes the color faster. Start on the bottom and work your way up. Good luck

Again definitely not a professional. Blue toner/hair mask gets orange/brassy tones out of hair. From my experience, I just dye over with dark brown and it’s fine. @@DeanndraNunnery blue toner also works for red brassy hair? I mean is there specific toner for red brass and specific toner for orange brass?? Or blue will be fine for both?
I’ve never used it so I can’t tell you if it will for sure work. You will have to just try it. Or maybe find a video where someone did it? Blue gets out orange brassy tones and purple gets out yellow tones
It just depends on how light your orange is. If its as dark as my hair is here, you might have some orange/red tones peaking through. If your hair is a couple levels lighter it should work. Just be prepared to have to dye again sooner or darker. Again not a professional so don't take my word as the end all be all. This is just from my experience doing my hair at home. It ends up just being an experiment lol
My hair is naturally a dark brown almost black. It was highlighted to a honey brown/blonde color. I ended up with this after trying to go pink. It should work on your blonde hair if you’re trying to go dark again. Blonde hair takes color best.
In this video I used the L’Oréal Féria brown. But I would recommend the Revlon frost and glow for anyone who wants a quick highlight without having to tone!

you can do it as soon as you wash out AS LONG AS YOUR HAIR FEELS HEALTHY. i wouldn't recommend more that 3 bleach sessions at once tho. definitely do your own research...I'm not a professional.
