Hello Sir. I have the same problem but when I put my scanner on another printer is working. I am thinking like is from the green board I even change the port and still given the error. Is there any solution?

Did you change the scanner cable and check?

@@BilalKhalid when I took the scanner head to another printer is working. that why i am thinking like the problem is on green board.

@@isasuleimanisa5508 check the ink carriage is moving well . Sometimes due to ink carriage stuck up also shows the same error
